Scott Brinkmeyer is the immediate past chair of the State Bar of Michigan Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Section, a member of the National Panel of Commercial Civil Neutral Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association since 2004, and a Michigan Supreme Court approved mediator listed in numerous Michigan Circuit Courts beginning that same year.

He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, Leading Lawyers, Superlawyers, Who's Who in American Law, and has a Martindale Hubbell Peer rating of AV Pre-eminent.
Since he began law practice in 1975, Scott Brinkmeyer has represented national corporations, small businesses, and individuals, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide variety of complex matters in both federal and state courts. He brings to the table an abundance of legal advocacy, case evaluation, negotiation and analytical skills developed as the lead counsel successfully resolving hundreds of lawsuits. Such experience is invaluable in arbitration and mediation, and Scott's comparatively unique mix provides a distinct advantage in resolving conflicts.
